A new vendor, “Steele Blades” was just selected to take over Grass Cutting, Grass/Weed Treatment, Aquatic Service, Irrigation, and Snow Removal/Salting for 2009. The consolidation of these services within a single provider increases service delivery accountability, streamlines touch points, and allows both parties to better leverage the partnership for ancillary services. This should translate into a better experience for all of these services at a reduced cost.
